Romance Authors on my shelves

Linda Howard, Jayne Ann Krentz, Barbara Delinsky, Sandra Brown, Fern Michaels, Catherine Coultier, Nora Roberts. These are the names that dominate my Romance Books shelves.
I chanced upon Sandra Brown when I subjected myself to a quarantine because of an indiscriminately generous chicken pox. My sister, who is also a reader, has left her books in my room. So I started browsing through. I actually read them one by one to while away the time. Then I happened on Sandra Brown's "The Witness." I was riveted. The novel was intriguing from beginning to the end. From then on, Sandra Brown became my sough-after author. It was her style that actually hooked me to her novels. Although, the steamy love scenes and sexual tension in the story weren't bad, either.  It was my first time to encounter such style of juxtaposition of the past and the present in a novel. I liked it, so I started collecting Sandra Browns.

My first encounter with Linda Howard, Jayne Ann Krentz, Barbara Delinsky, and Catherine Coultier was a group meeting. I got an anthology of romance novels of these authors. Needless to say, I liked them, so I got more of them.

Nora Roberts was likewise a companion during my chicken pox holiday. She was such an interesting roommate, so I went looking for more after my sick leave.

After that, I just kept on adding to the number and before I even noticed, I've got shelves of them in my room. I love many of them, the others, they are good reads. And some of them, I am going to share here.
